As I posted here or in the other thread the best thing to do was for Lien never to take the RR out for a drive that day, if we are going to MMQ it but there can defiantly be learning points from it.

News to me. My understanding was the RR driver was treated and released. Now one of the riders, yes in bad shape two broken legs with possible spinal damage and what else.

The black spots in the empty box look like where a live wire touched. I can't quite see it clearly but it almost looks like the clamp has a wire burn out in it where it would meet the wire.

Where should the line be drawn or shouldn't there be any line? If more risk categories can be identified and quantified isn't that the fairest way to determine who is most likely to submit the claims?

Wow that must be on there like a SOB. You could file the "nut" on the east and west sides (or the north and south really) to get a better grip but a bit of heat might do the trick.
