For the chain sliders on the swinging arm I have used the plastic chopping boards from Ikea on some of the older dirtbikes I had. They do them in white or black and one will give you dozens of chain...

What a pain in the Axx for Yamaha that must have been. I think I have seen an early GSXR that had the same type of rectangular light. Good to see the bikes being used off road as well.
