Stock valves should work fine, but you may not get the full advantage of the larger bore. You can only get so much air/exhaust through the stock valve ports.

Sometimes the inside of a brake hose will swell up causing the same check valve effect as the damaged hose Greg talked about....

There are a few reports of dropped valves but it seems rare. Lots of guys run them at high rpms for long distances. If you really want ti valves, these guys can probably set you up.......
