Its the correct sensor, as are the screws, all according to the part now (all the same apparently) but the screws are about 5 mm too long, so I am just going to cut some other m4 screw I have to suit...

Oil leak is probably the clutch cover o'ring, you can take the cover off once or twice and get away without replacing, but eventually this will weep, I know this from experience, easy and cheap fix....
