I was happy with the quadrant boot... Until I got my Alpinestars Tech-3's. Which have lasted longer and are much more comfortable. The tech-3's are well worth the extra $50 for me.

It didn't take any special tricks, it bolted right up. The caliper isn't any closer with the oversized rotor than with the stock size rotor, just moved farther out on the rotor with the caliper...
