I have multiple XRL main shafts and I'm sure some first gears also. The NX fifth is like an over drive gear and you need to change tour rear sprocket as it takes some extra grunt to spin it.

Piston kit about $165.00 on E-Bay. Head and base gasket, $50.00 or so. Bore job $80.00. Now for the fun part. You need a new cylinder head and then do a valve job on it, $100.00 or so.

A kid over on the XL600 thread was going nuts trying to figure why his bike would start but flame out after a few seconds. Yep, valve adjustment.

I was helping a fella over on the XR600 site with his CRF conversion and he had bought the Emig conversion axle and he had nothing but trouble with it. I sent him a CRF axle and other stuff.
