Jeff, make sure you have the drive sprocket the right way, also be very careful with using a spacer, as it can put the sprockets out of alignment.

If you are riding mainly on road I would suggest a radiator guard and maybe bar risers and hand guards. Spend as little as possible until you have done some miles, then see what suits your needs.
