Something to consider...
I had my dirtbike aluminum kickstand rewelded last week. It wasn't mangled or bent up..just broke at the OEM weld.
About 2" of weld cost me $40. No material was required..I had the pieces,...

Google it..there are kits available on the web. One I've seen recently advertises to have the 'right' o-rings in their kits...not the 'sorta right' o-rings...THAT DON'T FIT!
