Got the bike back from the dealer, and the invoice shows an updated part for the antennae ring.
Bike feels fresh again, with new oil, filter, and valve/tb's done.
lets hope it doesn't do it...

EWS failure
It happened today, left me stranded in the santa cruz mountains, and BMW roadside was UNABLE to locate a tow truck for me....
bike is gonna sleep overnite, out in the cold, cold night....

I always leave the sidestand up when taking it off the C-stand. I've seen/heard of some riders getting injured due to the proximity of the sidestand "foot" and ones own foot/leg/shin.

Dealer says he's gotta order the antennae, security screws, etc...
I'm just glad that I was only 15mins...
