Yup! I found the problem why it won't crank! :clap i found out it was the neutral switch itself that was defective. I replaced the switch and viola it cranks up now. I had the clutch safety switch...

I don't think it's the solenoid afterall... It's just not getting the juice from the clutch safety switch. I grounded the clutch safety switch by attaching a copper wire between post and clamping it...
