DOH...mine was set on Imperial Gallons. I adjusted the units to US Gals and it went to 44.5MPG. Which is still a significant improvement over my KTM 990 at 35MPG (US Gals).

This one is Plastic and Aluminum. The Trekker Outback series is all aluminum. As far as fitting two helmets...yes...but no room for anything else and it would not likely fit two helmets with visors...

That looks like the wiring diagram from the 14 Tiger. If you look at item 21, that's the connector for the heated grips. It shows 3 wires. The 2015 only has 2 wires into the connector...
