Im not 100% sure but i think the driving mode stays the same , its the traction control and or abs which can be turned off but it comes back on when the key is turned on...

brace it to the luggage rack.

It would be a good idea to make a fixing which braces the flap (in a structural way in which it obviosly doe'snt allow it'self to come near the tyre) to the rear luggage brace.

this has happened...

The first thing i noticed about this bike is how good it is thru the turns on the road , you can really nail the crners, its addictive. It's gotta be that huge swing arm which makes it so solid....
