It's not that big of a deal, just don't over tighten the nuts on the rubber mounts, and take the 2 bolts out of the front mount. it might take 3 min.

I didn't know any better and bought the road version because I ride more pavement to get to the dirt/gravel than the gravel.

while it may not be the "correct" one for offroad it helps...
