Did you try to use the stock gasket instead of the aluminum one?

I used to run a 12/43 then changeed to a 13/49. I figure this way all I have to do is change the front sprocket to go from where it is to a highway cruiser or a bike ready for the nastiest terrain...

I really dont know what yamaha was thinking with the valving. The shock has nowhere near enough rebound dampening and the forks beat the hell out you on the small sharp stuff at speed and blow...

I never use the bleed screw anymore, after using it a few times itll begin to leak and youll need a new washer. I just do like Liepo, make sure the level drops in the sight glass after start up.
