According to the Kenda site, 32 front and 32 rear. On my 08 KLR I run 32 front and 34 rear with good results for the road

If the wires are not cut through but only the sheathing, I would use good quality electrical tape and recover each wire separately. Once done, wrap the entire area as one with the same tape.

Canbus runs on 5 amps if I recall. Zumo uses a 2 amp fuse. I would use the Zumo with their fuse set up as I did on my buddies new F650GS.
