That would be a socket for anti theft lug nuts. Check the lug nuts and you may find a funny looking one on each wheel. This socket should match it.

I tend to get rid of the "theft proof" lug...

I pooped off the covers but there wasn't enough room to see the auto decomp flywheel. I did see the shaft from the decomp lever where it presses on the exhaust rocker.
