No, you don't want to use a 3 stone type of hone. If the cylinder is still in spec all you want or need to do is de-glaze it.

Correct. The forks are 47 or 48mm OD. The XR and XRL are the same diameter just valved differently. The XRR are in between the XR/XRL and CRF in diameter. The XR and XRL are pretty much the same...
