I purchase that seat used from a Canadian a couple years ago. I believe it is a one-off from a local upholsterer, I'll look for markings. It is absolutely comfortable for solo and two-up.

I run the same combo, and regularly hit 70 on my morning commute. They are very smooth and not too loud. 0-25 mph is where you will feel the tires, above that and they smooth right out.
