Not generally enforced. Used as an excuse to stop. Can get a prescription for light sensitivity to make it legal. There is a legal amount of tint. But too dark is a nono.

Rear shock was very bad on mine. Front was good enough for me. Mine had the bad fuel pump. 2008 other than that they are everything they say they are. A fine machine.

Not familiar with the specifics of your bike but does it have the correct spring rates for the load. Have you tried more preloaded in front and less in the rear or visa versa. Had the same symptoms...
