I'd suspect the master. I got one of the Herm The Overdrive Guy's kit and the dual master was bad. Got a nos one from ebay and was able to bleed it fine.

Is it possible you have too much oil and it's the cavitation causing air bubbles in the fluid? It can happen on auto transmissions with too much oil making it look "milky", but it's really just air.

It's ok, the bolts are only finger tight. Cost of reamer is more than the cost of a new bushing and seal. I think the vendor sent me one for a smaller sector shaft. Stupid me for not double checking...
