I'd probably ask this question to my dealer. As much as i'd want to do it myself as well, a good relation with you dealer helps in the odd situation where you meight have a problem with the new bike....

That, or get it welded. A good welder can probably do that nicely with very low amps. Meight have to do some specialized cleaning before though, good idea with epoxy as well.

Not as round out of the box as a exell. They require a bit of tweaking to lace up nicely.. but for that money.. you can spend some more on lacing anyway!
