Try the other option which is to replace the tensioner. Seems to me that the rest of the bike is fine.

On the other hand I've heard of more than 1 loose spoke. Better park it just in case. :deal

Or it has been tuned for lower bottom end torque, which helps in technical stuff. Unless they go VVT or something a bit more expensive then you will probably have less up top if you do that.

I came from a sv650 / DL1000 previous to the S10 and found it about in between. Certaianly more "tractor" than the SV650 motor, but less than the DL1000 motor in my case. Smooths out after 6000Km....
