BMW themselves make OEM LED indicators, but they are about 50$ a piece, x4 = 200$. Some other solutions have been used, just search a bit.

It's all about the original recipe: air/oil cooled boxer, shaftie, ample suspension (for what you're going to get into with the machine) and ergo's you could ride the world on if the tank was bigger....
