using the formula measuring from right edge to right edge or center to center of holes 1 and 3 X 1.05, I get 4.725" or 12.001 CM or 120.015mm.
I think what is odd is the hole diameter as posted...

Hole diameter is 11/16 or .687"
It really looks like 4 7/8" or 125mm from the center of one hole to the back side of the third hole.
2 3/4 or 70 mm right edge to right edge of 2 adjoining holes....

soda blast everything once it is disassembled, glass bead would be faster. Stay away from sand or steel shot.
Or take it to a radiator shop and have it hot tanked for a little while.

Not sure how to get it open with a broken lock. When the filler lid is open, at the seven o clock position there is a allen head screw. Remove this screw.

My wife will admit that a MSC course without me there was the best thing that could have happened. Less pressure, everyone else was in her skill level. Very structured and in a safe environment....
