I've never weighed mine. It has a standard weight 21" tube, 3 tire irons (lightweight), bicycle pump, and a tow strap. The front fenders on the KTM640 and the WR250R are strong and support it fine....

If I recall, I was advised to use the OEM fuel tubing because it will resist the heat better. I also upgraded to better hose clamps, especially the ones to remove the fuel tank.
