Sit on the bike after adjusting the chain and see if there is still some slack in it. Didn't do this and it cost me a hub, chain, and sprocket.
Too tight is a really bad thing.

Looks like some aftermarket "generic" pump. The stock pump comes as a unit with base, wiring connector, sensor, etc.

I would order the Yamaha original part instead of trying to cobble something...
