Yes, they are in the Spiegler/LSL catalog. Spiegler doesn't have the longer bolts needed to add the riders to the kit. I found stainless ones at Fastenall.

Behind the rig, the trailer didn't make much difference, easily 200-225 miles with a bit of reserve left.
As a solo bike I could go close to 325-350, not that my butt or bladder can!

At 60-65 I'd expect 32-35 mpg. On our trip to Sadalia we ran 75-80 pulling a trailer and got 32mpg. I run a 3 gallon fuel cell on the rear rack, gravity fed and easily get 225 to 275 per tank.

I use a 3 gallon plastic cell from Summit Racing. It came with the foam already inside it. Bought it 8 years ago for ~ $75, works great on my rear rack, gravity feed to the tank.
