I would use an LED light and not a bulb. Bulbs break way sooner than LEDs. I think you'll have trouble fitting that as well.

The nuts are 25Nm so I'd use that for the studs as well. Use two counterlocking nuts on the stud and you'll be able to use a torque wrench on that.
