I don't know if it's just me, but your map is pretty hard to read. If you were to post up a Google Map of your route, then people could zoom in easily to see which roads you are taking.... and.......

I ended up doing #3 - a trip around the north shore of Lake Superior, because I had a fellow Strommer come with me and show some good roads. It was awesome and just means that I still get to do #1...
