I just spent some time looking at the shock and tool. Added a wrench and looked some more. Eureka occurred.
I got the spring pre load backed off 1/2 turn. It was very tight.

Now to ride and see....

Ignorance showing: DL650, Ricor rear shock--adjust??

Just picked up a 2007 Wee.
Previous owner was 6-3 and 270 pounds. I'm 5-7 and under 200.
