Two year warranty and 2WD are the reasons I went with URAL. The transmission went at the end of the first year (2007 Patrol) so the two year warranty worked out for me.

I hope you can find a way to quiet the helmet down - regretfully, one of the worst (loudest) helmets I have ever purchased even with ear plugs there is a lot of wind noise.
