Now that the road is completely paved it's an asphalt road race.

I miss the July 4th dirt road race, flat tracking your way up with steep cliffs to drive off.

I used to skip titles often, DMV has caught on and refused to process titles to buyers the last couple of years. You'll have to transfer title into your name, but you don't have to buy plates.
