It's too big to be a rally bike as most rally's are restricted to 450cc. In my opinion it will likely be for a similar demographic as the KTM 990.

It really sounds like you're looking for a KTM 350 EXC-F or 250/300EXC. If you were in Oz you'd have more (cheaper) options but I don't believe it's easy to plate other brands in the USA... though...
