I am pretty sure I found the idle adjustment...

I am pretty sure I found the idle adjustment screw but had little or no effect when I turned it counterclockwise to increase idle speed. Any thoughts?

I tried to bump up my idle speed a little on my WRR but sensed little response as I turned the screw counterclockwise. Has anyone had experience with idle adjustment?
