I've mostly used Tourance on my R1100GS but have run the Anakee on one occasion. My riding is 99% plus on the road. The ride and traction are good with both. The Anakee front cupped pretty badly....

I've been using H2W straps and bags for at least 10 years. I check them but they rarely loosen. The system is pretty good.
