DR650 front sprocket replacement

It should be heedless to say but:
The sprocket's flat side faces out, and if you machine the original clip, its recessed side faces out. When mounting the chain, don't kink it so the section above...

Since knobbies make the tire diameter larger over stock, 14t restores high gear grunt. I left the 15t with my kenda K270 3.25/5.10 tires and 4 and 5th gears are too high now. Sorry for the late reply.

For fuel screw, trial and error until the low rpm popping on decel is nearly gone. For idle speed screw, just enough to nudge the throttle lever cam up a bit.
