I used mine for about 3 months of actual usage and it works fine and packs small. Weights about 3 - 4 pounds, though.

Ditto. They work very well if they fit, as they tend to run small. I wear a L to XL and they will fit over all my gloves except my Winter Elites, though some are a struggle. They pack small too.
