From my experience, TKC80 is not good enough on sand. Try something better.
I would recomend the Kenda Carlsbad, I think its the 779. or other more agressive tire.

I've open the carb and cleaned it and checked the float level.
it is working very well and I can report that the problem was solved.

the problem is like this, about 5L or so before the end of the fuel, the engnie will stall. if I add even 1 liter it will start and run with no problem....
