I think the pinch is in the area of the lower...

I think the pinch is in the area of the lower bolt that tightens the fork to the triple clamp. It doesnt seem to impair fork travel. I just cant get the guts out of the top when I open the fork.

Sorry, What I failed to mention is that the fork pinch is one of the bolts in the triple clamp. Looks like it was over tightend and now I cant get the guts past this point out of the top of the fork.

I have an older Husaberg, (98 FE 600). I still have the stock exhaust and while it is not earsplitting loud it does have a good roar to it when I open it up. I am looking for a way to quiet it down...

I wish I still had my 98, sold it for my 01 Gasgas. The KDX was bulletproof, easy to maintain, fun and I miss it! Looks like it has the FMF pipe and FRP racing can set you up with any jetting issues....
