The wiring insulation is damaged at the bracing of the crash bars. It is often reported that the crash bars mangle the rear cylinder lambda sensor there and create problems. Isn't that your problem?

Also the side stand could be lose, killing the engine, the cables around the neck could get damaged, tha air pressure sensors can be dismounted leaking air. Check the simple things first.

On the one side the axle is bolted to the adjuster

With thread locker. On the other side the axle bolts in the blind aluminum nut.

Could some seals in the ABS unit get worn?

The ABS unit releases brake oil pressure when activated and presses back. Could this leak, losing pressure?

DOT 5 is a no-no. I think it could affect the seals. I suggest replacing ASAP.

Your breather hoses are completely blocked as they are angled. They will get worse if there is motor heat. I suggest you replace these plastic hoses.

I believe you are talking about a 990

This pump is connected inside the tank, at the fuel pump cage. No need to modify any three connector plugs. The third connection is for Superduke which has a level sensor mounted at the fuel pump....

The KTM connectors are made by Sumitomo.

They are made by Sumitomo. They can be a pain to disconnect, but they are very good quality and waterproof.

Are you referring to the rpm gauge?

I had it jumping quite annoyingly, so I dismantled it. Once it gets worn, it develops parkinson. I greased it and that helps a bit. Not much else you can do.

I ran that setup.

It is holding fine for 2 years. I noticed some small cracks developing at the spoke nipples. I believe these are the reason tubless doesn't always work.

Seals are not o-rings.

They are a special shape. That is why backbleeding has been reported to not work. Maybe if pushing the lever to the front, could help.
In my experience, m/c leaking means worn cylinder, which is not...
