Older diesels benefited from marvel mystery oil and or a quart of ATF fluid in the fuel on occasion. A friend with a kenworth would add a gallon of regular gas to a tank of diesel to clean injectors....

P3's and photon blasters %100 best investment you can make, communicate with Jerry Skene if your having issues programming, using a jumper wire to the battery to program lights is a pretty good idea....
