Sorry no the shaft was messed up on that one, it was getting knurled to expand the shaft tighten up the pulley fit.

All you need is a some hand tools and possibly a press depending on the bearing...

Its close enough in design the cylinders and cranks are interchangeable. You will notice in the link I posted Travis states its for the 500 and 530.

I use one premix ratio 32:1 for everything bikes, saws..etc.. Makes keeping track easier, and the yamalube is hard to miss once mixed. :D

Fwiw I would never go back to a drill (corded or not) for driving any screws. The new impacts are so controllable you can use them to install switch plates if you are inclined.

Running the piston too long or with too much clearance kills the pistons. The head design isn't that bad.
