In fact mine does what i want it too, from 3k mile off road trips with out having to touch anything at all and drinking beer while watching everybody else do at least an hour of maintenance...

i thought the problem was the bearing moving in the cush hub so i machined a groove and added a e ring . bearing does not move, im at 6k miles and watching

i did that while putting a dr350 18"...

Pro cycle sells pegs that are lower and rear but are still above the frame or cut your own and weld them back...

The problem with this type of fuel tank is the filter protection. First if you live in a fine dust environment you will need to use an oiled foam filter only because the k&n type will pass fine silt....

I did lower the pegs by cutting and re welding them and remember having to drop my brake lever. I think il will relieve the brake pedal...plenty of room and the pedal is stout.
