One last question I think....is there any way other than the 15min idle to enrich the "cold" idle?

Is the temp in the idle table the water temp or intake air temp?

Yup....it was the pump. It looks like I didn't seat the little canister filter housing quite enough - until it clicked - so the pump popped apart slightly. All good now!

I have rottweiler intake...

Yup...checked all 3. No issues, so I pulled the pump again and notice that one of the clips was not engaged....pulled the cartridge off and noticed that one of those clips weren't engaged either.......
