It's the metal tube in the arm that pretzels. You can't just buy it, but you have to buy the entire arm/motor assembly. Most of the time, it's the same price to buy another kit with everything in it.

No fuel stabilizer is going to last 2 years. Best if you drain it entirely out of the tank and carb. Also remove the battery and plan on replacing it when you return in 2 years.
