If it goes away with the clutch then it isn't a tire problem. All engines have areas in their RPM range where they vibrate more. Bar Snake works well to damp vibes in twins.

Just a tip. You can cut an old rear tire in thirds and use a piece in your wheel pocket. Front tires fit nicely. I trailered an old Guzzi across the US using this method.

I used Jet Hot on my race bike. It is pretty cool stuff. It seems to have cooled the exhaust quite a bit. Like exhaust wrap without the problems.
