Yep. Planning to take it back up to a start (zero preload adjusted) around 65-70. The Elka 3-way has 40 clicks of adjustment and should handle solo and loaded up, on road and off.

Stock forks? Why care about SAG on the stock forks? But you can adjust it by making a longer or shorter spacer. They aren't worth the effort tho.

I ran the HTC Throttle Controller for 2+ years. Never changed or reduced effectiveness. Sounds like you had a bunk unit from whatever mfg made it.
