I've ridden both. 2 totally different bikes really. If your riding true offroad, single track, jeep roads, sand washes, whoops, tracks, etc., the 300 is a pure off road bike. It's 35 pounds lighter....

I get about 45-50 miles per gallon in racing situations. I know guys that use them for commuting and general D/S duty that 60-65 mph regularly. A 2.5 gal tank would get you upwards of 150-180 miles....

I use the Zipty racing aluminum irons with the box end axle wrenches built...
