Check out the Versys forum uk I have a 29 inch inseam and have lowered the front and rear of my Versys plus a lowering spring. I live in the U.S.

Low Bike
I have a 2008 Kaw. Versys (650cc) that I have lowered the rear with a kit and the front by adjusting the fork. Seat is lowered. I also installed a lowering spring. I have a 29 inch inseam .

I have a set of Piaas in my car, 1992 GMC Typhoon with 120,000 miles. NO PROBLEMS.
Every motorcycle I have own I have changed to Piaas without any problems.

From what the forum says the only changes are rubber mounts on the engine, headlight and some plastic.
You can get first generation models for around $3500 with very low miles.

I carry a Coleman dual fuel stove. it's a bit bulky but burns unleaded gas. i carry a small fuel bottle that doubles as extra gas for the bike if I need it.
