It is, but not a ton, just a bit of back and forth. Same adjustment as on the 39, top center screw that allows it to pivot a bit around the side attachment points.

I think it runs just a tad big. I'm usually an XL and the XL FX-41 is very slightly bigger than I'd like. Not enough to step down to an L, just not quite dead on.
